1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

During peak periods (launches or sales), processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll notify you by email once your order has shipped.

Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days

Express Delivery: 1–2 business days

Europe:

Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days

Africa (selected countries):

Standard Delivery: 7–14 business days

United States & International:

Standard Delivery: 10–15 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, local courier operations, and weather conditions.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Free standard delivery on UK orders over £100.

International shipping fees are shown before you confirm your order.

 

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

5. Pre-orders & Waitlist Orders

Items from our exclusive waitlist collections may have longer processing times as they are made in small batches.

Estimated delivery times will be shared before checkout or via your waitlist confirmation email.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply once the order reaches their country.

Unfortunately, Ahyoh cannot predict or control these charges.

8. Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please contact shipping@ahyoh.com with your order number.
Our team will follow up with the courier and resolve it as quickly as possible.
