Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • During peak periods (launches or sales), processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll notify you by email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  • Free standard delivery on UK orders over £100.
  • International shipping fees are shown before you confirm your order.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
  • If you haven’t received a tracking email after 3 business days, please contact shipping@ahyoh.com.

Pre-orders & Waitlist Orders

  • Items from our exclusive waitlist collections may have longer processing times as they are made in small batches.
  • Estimated delivery times will be shared before checkout or via your waitlist confirmation email.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International customers are responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply once the order reaches their country.
  • Unfortunately, Ahyoh cannot predict or control these charges.
